PARTNERING WITH THE WILDEST MINDS TO CREATE & ACCELERATE BREAKTHROUGH VENTURES.

The world and its subcultures are constantly shifting, alongside this, radical new technologies are being formed. The art lies in bringing these two forces together to create a fusion of opportunity. The product becomes widely adopted and human potential expands.

This is the focus of my work: helping companies, startups, and university labs overcome the customer resistance that comes with launching anything new, radical, and different. I achieve this through an expert blend of brand strategy, narrative development, product innovation, and market-entry campaigns.

RECLAIMING THE INTERNET: FOR THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE.
Firefox was stuck in a game of one-upmanship. As an internet browser competing against Google Chrome and Safari—the primary tools we use every time we open our laptops—Firefox found itself locked into a narrow battle: "Who is faster?"

Mozilla needed to shift the game in its favor. To ensure long-term success for its flagship product, it had to move beyond short-term speed metrics and define a lasting vision—a North Star so big and persuasive that it would create a gravitational pull for Firefox over the next decade, unlocking a myriad of new possibilities for the business, product, and users.

This wasn’t an exploration of software, it was an investigation into the future of the internet, the modern-day oxygen that enables us to do what we do.

To chart this course, we conducted in-depth interviews with Mozilla’s entire leadership team and curated insights from leading experts—authors, business leaders, and academic researchers—who offered powerful, and often conflicting, perspectives on the future of the web.

From these insights, we surfaced three potent strategic directions, sparking intense debate and decision-making among Mozilla’s leadership and engineering teams. Ultimately, we selected a brand space designed to "Reclaim the Internet"—a bold stance advocating for people to take back control of their online experience.

This position was uniquely suited to Mozilla because, unlike profit-driven tech giants, Mozilla is the only independent technology company that puts people before profit.
